RT Drake founded Forever Fit with a goal to drastically shift the mindsets regarding health, wellness, and overall well being. He is a certified nutrition coach through the prestigious Precision Nutrition program. A personal trainer for over 3 years training 150 clients, he has a unique connection with each individual that walks through the doors at Long Island Fitness and Wellness.
With a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Forever Fit coaching is rooted in putting the clients needs first.
