Group Classes

Small group classes designed for every fitness level.

Our fitness group classes consist of 60 minute workouts. We like to limit each class to a maximum 10 people so we can pay more attention to our members. Safety - Progression - Results!

​Classes are programmed around a 360 degree approach, integrating the different pillars of fitness: mobility, strength, cardio, and core.​

We are a strong community that motivate and support each other.
